Returns + Repair Policies


RETURNS:
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you received your item (s). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within 7 days from the date received for a prompt refund.  If 7 days have gone by after the date you received your item(s), unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.  Proof of purchase is required to ensure the item(s) were bought directly through the Jamie Kole Jewelry online store. Item(s) purchased at any other retail location will not be accepted for return here, and must be done through the original place of purchase.
 

Return Instructions:

1)      Please contact our Customer Service Department at (973) 763-4926 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (no refund will be granted without a Return Authorization Number).

2)       For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please package your item securely in new  hard box with padding (i.e. bubble wrap) so there can be no movement inside the box.

3)      Mail it to us via US Postal Service with a tracking # and INSURED.  All returned items must be in its/their original, unworn,  pristine condition**.(see refunds)

4)      Make sure to write your Return Authorization # prominently on the outside of your shipping box, or else your shipment will be refused.

 

You will be notified by email once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund of the purchase price of the item, plus any applicable taxes, to post to your account. Credits for all returns will be made on the purchaser's account.

**If the returned item(s) is/are not found to be in its original pristine condition, at the sole determination of Jamie Kole Jewelry, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and the return shipping costs will be charged back to your original method of payment.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

**If the returned item(s) is/are not found to be in its original pristine condition, at the sole determination of Jamie Kole Jewelry, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and the return shipping costs will be charged back to your original method of payment.

 

You will be responsible to pay your own shipping costs for the return of your item(s).  The original shipping costs to send the item(s) to you are non-refundable. If you are approved and granted a refund, the cost of the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.

REPAIRS:

If your item or item(s) arrives damaged for any reason, please keep all original packaging, and contact our customer service department by e-mail (jamiekole1121@gmail.com) to immediately to obtain a Return Authorization #. If these steps are taken as instructed, your item will be repaired free of charge and returned to you free of charge. Usually, it takes up to 10 days after receipt of your damaged item(s) for us to ship the repaired item(s) back to you.

All other repairs will be assessed for charges once your item(s) is/are received. You will then be notified by e-mail if there will be a charge for the repair(s). In the event there is a repair charge(s), and you agree to pay the repair charge(s), you must e-mail (jamiekole1121@gmail.com and write that you authorize the repair, at which time we will begin work on your item(s).  Please note, the assessed repair charges must be pre-paid before any work begins.
